Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the first session date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the first session.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another health professional at no additional charge. Please inform us in writing if you choose to do this.

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the training session, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
